Wireless Pulse Counters
Wireless Pulse Counters
Our ALTA® Wireless Pulse Counters detect passive and active pulses or the number of events at both the positive and negative edges within a time frame or ongoing accumulation.
For example, you can connect the ALTA Pulse and Dual Pulse Counters to water, gas, and airflow meters, a turnstile, door, gate, machinery with a seat or switch, a production line, etc.
Track One or Two Output Devices
The ALTA Pulse Counters connect to any standard pulse output device.
- ALTA Wireless Pulse Counter—A single input counter that connects to output devices and records the number of pulses in a set time frame.
- ALTA Wireless Dual Pulse Counter—A double input counter that connects to two output devices simultaneously recording the number of pulses in a given time frame from each.
Each pulse counted, event recorded, or actuation logged represents one unit, like a door closing. Or one pulse or state change from a gas meter or other connected device. Data is presented in iMonnit Software as the total number of pulses counted in the set time intervals or accumulated total. You can also configure low-pass filter settings for the ALTA Pulse Counters in iMonnit.

Frequently Deployed Together

Open/Close
Our wireless open/closed sensors provide information on the status of doors, windows, cabinets, etc. Know if a building or area is being accessed when it should not be, or if a door or window has been left open.

Motion Detection
Our wireless motion sensors use an infrared sensing technology to accurately detect movements made by people/animals within 16.4 ft (5 m) range.

CO2 Gas
The mems based wireless carbon dioxide sensor allows you to monitor the level of carbon dioxide (CO2) gas in the surrounding air. Monnit wireless CO2 sensors have a small footprint and low cost
