Differential Air Pressure Sensors
Wireless Differential Air Pressure Sensor
Within 15 minutes, the IOT Plus Wireless Differential Air Pressure Sensor can be installed to remotely monitor air filters, HVAC systems, and critical components. Ensure equipment operates at peak performance—whether supporting temporary medical response tents or maintaining R&D and cleanroom environments.
How a Differential Air Pressure Sensor Works
This battery-powered pressure sensor measures the difference in air pressure between two ports, with a measurement range of –500 Pa to +500 Pa. When the pressure differential exceeds user-defined thresholds, designated personnel are immediately notified via text message, email, or phone call.
An abnormal pressure difference typically indicates a clogged filter, restricted airflow, or a system or component requiring immediate service, enabling fast corrective action.
Differential Air Pressure Monitoring in Practice
Remote monitoring of air pressure helps facility teams:
Maintain clean and effective air filtration
Keep HVAC systems operating efficiently
Extend equipment lifespan and reduce unplanned maintenance
However, differential air pressure monitoring goes beyond routine HVAC performance.
Built for Critical Environments
Hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, and manufacturing plants rely on precise air pressure control to contain airborne contaminants, manage infection control, and support stringent cleanliness standards. This capability is especially critical for patient isolation structures and controlled environments where air purity directly impacts safety and product integrity.
Flexible Deployment Options
Choose from enterprise-ready AA-powered or industrial-grade IOT Plus Differential Air Pressure Sensors designed for reliable performance in demanding environments.
Deploy IOT Plus Wireless Differential Air Pressure Sensors to maintain control, compliance, and confidence across your facilities.

Frequently Deployed Together

Open/Close
Our wireless open/closed sensors provide information on the status of doors, windows, cabinets, etc. Know if a building or area is being accessed when it should not be, or if a door or window has been left open.

Motion Detection
Our wireless motion sensors use an infrared sensing technology to accurately detect movements made by people/animals within 16.4 ft (5 m) range.

CO2 Gas
The mems based wireless carbon dioxide sensor allows you to monitor the level of carbon dioxide (CO2) gas in the surrounding air. Monnit wireless CO2 sensors have a small footprint and low cost
